Facilitators are the heart of every Redwood program — the people who turn a plan into something students remember. We're building a community we come back to season after season: people we invest in, develop, and grow alongside as Redwood grows. Redwood designs and runs curriculum-aligned Edutours for students from Grades 3 to 12 across India — treks in the Himalayas, rural immersions in Kutch, marine ecology on the Andamans, cultural programs through Rajasthan. Each program supplements classroom learning with real-world experience: subject knowledge, life skills, and exposure to India's places and people.
We work with subject-matter experts, activity specialists, and experienced program leaders to deliver these on the ground. And we're expanding that network for the upcoming season (September to March).
